La Autoridad Portuaria Bahía de Algeciras colabora con la Universidad de Cádiz en la docencia del Máster en Ingeniería de Caminos, Canales y Puertos de la Escuela de Ingeniería. Una enseñanza dual, que permite acercar la realidad del puerto a los alumnos de un máster que cuenta con estudiantes internacionales.
